At Marenowa, operated by Aberturret LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging, where applicable
  • Returned with any original tags or labels attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise used.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may also be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We may request photographs or other information to help resolve the issue.

7. Exchanges
